Job Summary

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Assist the school principal in overall administration of instuctional program and campus level operations. Coordinate assigned student activities and services as directed by the principal.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

Masters degree from accredited university
Valid Texas Principal certification or equivalent
Certified instructional supervisor and appraiser in Professional Development & Appraisal System
Valid Texas teaching certification

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

Thorough understanding of school administrative operations
Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness
Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction

EXPERIENCE:

Five years teaching experience preferred
