The Opportunity

Abbott is seeking a Digital & Brand Manager Paediatric Nutrition to join our Paediatric Nutrition Business Unit.

This role is responsible for leading the digital strategy and execution across the PN portfolio driving consumer awareness engagement and growth through impactful digital and content marketing initiatives. The position also serves as Pediasure Brand Manager owning brand performance digital innovation and measurable business results.

What Youll Do:

  • Develop and execute an integrated digital and media strategy aligned with business and brand objectives.

  • Lead all digital marketing activities including brand positioning messaging campaign planning digital assets and performance optimization.

  • Plan and implement full-funnel digital campaigns across paid owned and earned channels in collaboration with agency partners.

  • Drive performance marketing excellence across paid social programmatic and SEM to maximize ROI.

  • Own and manage all digital assets including websites UX/UI SEO and content platforms.

  • Partner with media agencies to optimize campaign delivery and improve effectiveness across platforms (e.g. Google Ads Meta).

  • Analyze campaign performance and apply data-driven insights to continuously optimize results.

  • Manage digital marketing budgets with clear accountability for ROI.

  • Identify and implement new digital technologies and trends to enhance consumer engagement and marketing effectiveness.

  • Support CRM and consumer lifecycle initiatives partnering with internal teams to deliver a seamless consumer journey.

  • Lead brand strategy and execution for Pediasure to achieve sales market share and profitability targets.

  • Analyze market trends consumer insights and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.

  • Develop and implement brand plans manage A&P investments and oversee execution across functions.

  • Act as VEEVA initiator and business owner for the Paediatric Nutrition portfolio.

  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Sales Medical Finance and Supply Chain teams to deliver integrated brand initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Background:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Life Sciences or a related field.

  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing media and brand management roles.

  • Hands-on experience in digital media planning execution and optimization (required).

  • Brand management experience is a strong advantage.

  • Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem including UX content management social media SEO/SEM and performance marketing.

  • Experience working with analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics) and applying data-driven insights.

  • Proven ability to manage agencies budgets and complex cross-functional projects.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.

  • Strong analytical strategic and business acumen.

  • Proficiency in standard business tools (Excel PowerPoint).

  • Fluent English required.

  • Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proactive collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
