Our US Transaction Tax practice is growing and were looking for a Senior Manager or Manager to lead highimpact deal advisory projects drive tax strategy and influence the outcomes of major transactions across various industries.
What Youll Do
Lead US tax due diligence for M&A divestitures and strategic transactions
Develop and execute innovative tax structuring strategies for buyers sellers corporate and PE clients
Review purchase agreements and guide postclosing reorganizations/PMI
Collaborate with top professionals attorneys CFOs directors and tax specialists
Build trusted relationships with clients and identify opportunities for taxefficient value creation
What Were Looking For
CPA or licensed attorney (dual qualification strong advantage)
2 years of experience in US tax advisory M&A tax or international tax
Handson experience in due diligence and deal structuring (advantage)
Strong technical skills in US domestic & crossborder tax
Excellent research writing and communication skills
Ability to manage projects deadlines and teams in a fastpaced environment
