Job Summary

Role Overview

The Managing Director of Operations is the architect of the Accelerator member and partner experience. This role focuses on driving engagement and retention through repeatable processes robust reporting and a seamless technology stack. As a key operational leader you will mentor the services team manage revenue operations and ensure that every touchpoint from sales enablement to event execution is optimized for growth.

Key Responsibilities

Member & Partner Service Excellence

  • Engagement Best Practices: Identify and introduce repeatable processes for member check-in calls value plans and facilitated member-to-member connections to drive retention.
  • Partner Operations: Manage partner databases and directories; oversee partner selection for events and Member-Partner matching processes.
  • Mentorship: Directly upskill and mentor Member Services and Partner Operations associates to ensure a world-class service culture.

Event & Experience Management

  • Master Calendar: Own the master event calendar for Accelerator collaborating with Product and Group Leaders to ensure a balanced and high-impact schedule.
  • Delivery Oversight: Partner with the dedicated Member Experience team to execute physical events and ensure virtual calls adhere to best practices.
  • Budgetary Control: Manage the overall budget and coverage for both physical and virtual event formats.

Revenue Operations & Sales Enablement

  • Performance Reporting: Own the dashboards and monthly reports for key metrics including business results forecasts and commission attainment.
  • Sales Strategy: Partner with Sales Leaders and People & Culture to develop individual and team sales plans for the Accelerator team.
  • Email & Outreach: Oversee top-of-funnel tools and email automation for prospect invitation campaigns and content marketing cultivation.
  • Legacy Management: Manage existing relationships for legacy advisory offerings sunsetting them strategically with minimal budgetary impact.

Technology & Digital Stack

  • Stack Optimization: Prioritize and optimize the Accelerator technology spend; manage integrations with World 50 applications (Salesforce Outreach Clay La Growth Machine etc.).
  • External Presence: Ensure a seamless prospect experience across all external surfaces including LinkedIn web assets and the Innovator App.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Operational leadership within B2B membership businesses with a focus on scaling service and sales operations. Demonstrated ability to deliver commercial outcomes
  • Technology and Analytics: Analytical mindset with a willingness to adopt AI and other emerging productivity tools. Experienced managing technology stacks and data-driven reporting systems. Comfortable with translating reports to focused action plans.
  • Leadership: A collaborative mentor with a proven track record of developing junior talent and working across diverse business teams. Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership for wide-ranging responsibilities
  • Agility: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Persistence resourcefulness drive and ability to work proactively. Flexibility to work outside of strict job description parameters thinking creatively about how to provide highest quality of service
