Compensation & Premium Benefits
- High Earning Potential: Base salary of $225000 $275000 production (Pro-Sal). Your leadership contributions are recognized through a guaranteed premium base salary that accounts for your administrative and mentorship impact.
- Sign-on Bonus: $10000 total bonus-50% awarded following your 90-day onboarding/probationary period and 50% on your one-year anniversary.
- Relocation Support: $5000 relocation stipend to ensure a smooth transition for you and your family

Qualifications
- DVM with a California license (or ability to obtain).
- 5 years of small animal clinical experience preferred.
- A proven track record of leadership mentorship or supervision.
