THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as aData Operations & Support Analyst for a national project.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Administrate the referential (data creation & modification parameters management);
- Control the consistency of data input by the customers and different entities;
- Ensure end user support and resolve production and accesses issues;
- Monitor data sourcing perform analysis of rejected data inform stakeholders and customers;
- Inspect and control updates of sensitive data and operate in place of customers;
- Follow-up on production support incident management and prepare reporting;
- Involve all relevant stakeholders in the process of definition and validation of any new requirement assessing all potential impacts;
- Ensure the implementation of the new features and changes in Production environment;
- Follow the go live process compare the impacts towards expectations and propose adjustments when needed;
- Monitor data sourcing perform analysis of rejected data inform stakeholders and customer.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- Proven professional experience in similar roles;
- Solid experience wiht Data Data processing Data quality andIT Development;
- Knowledge of Database Management (SQL) and Agile Methodologies;
- Experience with Office Pack (MS Excel);
- Fluency in English(written & spoken)proficiency in French is a plus.
