Job Description:
L3Harris is seeking a dedicated and skilled Entry Level Engineer to join our innovative technology team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing software solutions that contribute to the strategic objectives of our organization. This position involves working collaboratively within a dynamic environment to design develop and maintain software applications that are critical to our operations and customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing software applications enhancing user experience and system performance.
- Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning stand-ups retrospectives and demos.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Clearance if desired ability to travel working extended hours
Qualifications:
- To be eligible applicants must be pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Computer science Software Engineering or have completed their Bachelors degree within the last 12 months regardless of age.
- Be able to obtain and keep a security clearance. i.e. a TS//SCI
