Job Summary
Job Title: FPGA Engineer
Duration: (Onsite Full-Time)
Location: El Segundo CA
Role Summary:
Design develop and validate FPGA systems for reactor instrumentation and control in safety-critical environments. Work cross-functionally with hardware software and test teams to support advanced reactor development.

Role Summary:
Design develop and validate FPGA systems for reactor instrumentation and control in safety-critical environments. Work cross-functionally with hardware software and test teams to support advanced reactor development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design sensor processing systems (concept to integration)
- Develop FPGA logic using VHDL
- Integrate designs on FPGA/SoC platforms
- Create automated verification tests
- Collaborate with embedded software engineers
- Bachelors in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field
- 3 years FPGA experience
- Strong VHDL knowledge
- Experience with timing closure and multi-clock designs
- Understanding of verification methodologies
- Embedded C/C experience
- Familiarity with Microchip PolarFire SoC
- Linux bash scripting and Docker experience
- Good documentation and teamwork skills
