The Services Business Leader builds leads and develops teams to achieve business unit goals in terms of booking revenue profitability operations and delivery. Guides the vision and overall business development strategy. This role will drive site growth oversee delivery excellence and support major client transformation initiatives including telecom and enterprise partners.
What will your job look like
Set business objectives and targets to ensure success. You will answer the call to integrate various functions and business plans within the Amdocs Americas region.
Identify and build opportunities for new testing services and markets as well as encourage innovative quality engineering and testing methodologies.
Gain a full grasp of the business challenges in the related domain including market trends future technologies competition and partners as well as compelling events that may affect the customers current and future business growth.
Inclusive leadership including matrix reporting. Accepting the challenge to attract develop and retain talent and encourage collaboration between teams. Discover and develop an innovative mentality to achieve goals and support qualified risk-taking.
Build open lines of communication and develop processes and programs that will encourage a multi-cultural team to achieve unit goals. Drive organizational integrity and assure excellent delivery across all regional engagements by enabling and promoting standard tools and practices used in the organization as well as drive out-of-the-box solutions that include introducing improvements to further build positive efficiency across operations.
- Drive modernization and cloud transformation initiatives (Azure AWS OCI VMware SaaS).
- Strengthenservicedelivery ensuring high CSAT NPS and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to support digital and cloud migration programs.
- Build and mentor high-performing technical and operational teams.
- Implement ITIL Agile and bestpractice delivery methodologies.
All you need is...
- 10 years in IT operations delivery or digital transformation.
- Experience growing or managing nearshore centers in Mexico.
- Strong background in cloud technologies and modernization programs.
- Telecom or AT&T ecosystem experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with ITIL PMP Agile Scrum or SAFe frameworks.
- Strongleadership communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.
