Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Location: Central Croydon CR0 1JB
Hours: Full time all year round

We are recruiting for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a well-established early years setting in Central Croydon.
This is a great opportunity for a passionate early years professional to join a nursery group that combines a warm family-run feel with a strong focus on quality childcare and education. The setting forms part of an established provider that has been delivering innovative childcare since 1995 with a clear focus on creating environments where children are happy engaged safe and healthy.
The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting childrens learning development and wellbeing while working as part of a friendly and supportive team. This would suit someone who is confident in day-to-day nursery practice enjoys building strong relationships with children and parents and wants to work in a setting that values both standards and staff development.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
- Create a safe warm and stimulating environment for children
- Support childrens learning development and wellbeing through engaging activities
- Complete observations and contribute to planning and next steps
- Build strong relationships with parents carers and colleagues
- Promote safeguarding health and safety and best practice across the setting
- Work collaboratively as part of the wider nursery team
Requirements:
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous nursery experience
- Good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive caring and proactive approach
- Commitment to delivering high standards of childcare and education
