We are looking for the right type of person who can lead the team through periods of high volume fast paced work that requires motivating the team to deliver with minimal margin for errors.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Managing the end-to-end colleague experience from pre-employment to onboarding to offboarding.
- Line management of the team responsible for processing candidates through pre-employment and onboarding.
Completing the required pre-employment line manager checks to ensure that all the documentation is correct before candidates are processed for payroll.
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs and coordinate any required reasonable adjustments in advance of new starters start dates.
Maintaining effective communications and relationship management with Workplace Service Desk and Health & Safety teams throughout the onboarding process to support all our new entrants.
Collaborating with and supporting Line Managers to navigate the Oracle HR system to ensure that payroll onboarding and offboarding activities are carried out correctly
Supporting managers to navigate the Oracle HR system to ensure that payroll onboarding and offboarding activities are carried out correctly
Managing sensitive candidate and colleague information in line with GDPR
Delivering candidate and colleague information sessions which may have up to 100 attendees.
