Are you ready to lead Nilfisks global ERP transformation and play a pivotal role in our digital journey We are seeking a visionary Senior Manager to head our ERP & Finance Services team in IT driving the modernization and harmonization of our ERP landscape across continents.

Nilfisk is on an ambitious path to transform our business through technology. Our ERP program is a cornerstone of this journey consolidating 12 legacy ERP systems into a unified future-ready platform centered on SAP S/4HANA and a robust 2nd tier ERP solution. This transformation will empower our global operationsfrom manufacturing and supply chain to finance and customer serviceenabling agility data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.
Your Mission
As Senior Manager ERP & Finance Services you will:
Lead a diverse international team supporting Nilfisks ERP and Finance applications with key hubs in Budapest China and Mexico.
Oversee the transition to SAP S/4HANA and the rollout of our new ERP architecture ensuring business continuity and value realization at every stage.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders in production supply chain and finance to align ERP capabilities with Nilfisks strategic goals.
Drive vendor partnerships and manage a complex application portfolio (SAP ECC S/4 SAP Public Cloud Navision Ariba Concur Onestream Medius etc.).
Champion best practices in application governance IT compliance and service management.
Foster a culture of innovation continuous improvement and high performance within your team.
What Were Looking For
Proven experience leading large-scale ERP transformation projects ideally with SAP S/4HANA.
Strong business acumen in manufacturing supply chain or finance (SD FICO PP QM WM MM).
Track record of managing international teams and complex vendor relationships.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A growth mindset collaborative spirit and passion for delivering business value.
