Job Summary

Job Description:

Ensure timely sales closure of units in the allocated project.
Provide accurate and relevant information to customers regarding pricing specifications and delivery timelines.
Conduct site visits and handle customer queries via calls and emails within defined timelines.
Coordinate with back office legal and accounts teams for documentation and query resolution.
Manage payment follow-ups and collections from customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers to generate referrals.
Maintain and update daily activities in Salesforce (CRM system).
