Job Summary
Job Description:
-
Working knowledge of treasury products such as OTC derivatives fixed income/rates (bonds) and money market
-
Understanding of treasury deal life cycle (deal execution deal entry validation confirmations settlements collaterals reconciliations accounting limit monitoring)
-
Experience in working with front-to-back office stakeholders to ensure key controls are in place and adequate in mitigating or identifying regulatory issues/breaches
-
Experience in internal audit or concurrent audit of treasury capital markets global market operations
-
Working knowledge of risks & controls at all stages of the deal lifecycle preventive as well as detective
-
Experience in documentation of risk control matrix (RCM) and subsequent testing of controls i.e. design effectiveness & operating effectiveness

Experience in drafting audit observations gaps & recommendations report and audit reports
-
Experience in documentation & review of policies SOPs product notes & process flows for treasury products
-
Experience in review of regulatory reports such as Form A Form VIII FDT GPB Bal Statement etc.

Good understanding of RBI SEBI FIMMA & FEDAI regulations

Good communication skills (i.e. Writing Listening Presentation)

Advanced technical skills (i.e. MS Word Excel PowerPoint PowerBI)
