yourresponsibilities:
- Lead fullcycle recruitment for IT roles (software engineers and related technical positions) including sourcing screening interviewing and offer negotiation.
- Execute proactive direct search and outbound sourcing strategies to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Implement and maintain structured hiring practices (interview guides scorecards and hiring trackers) to ensure consistent quality and alignment across stakeholders.
- Partner closely with hiring managers technical interviewers and People Ops to define role requirements streamline hiring processes and remove blockers.
- Contribute to local employer branding and community initiatives in Valencia to increase inbound qualified applications and expand talent networks.

- You bring at least 3 years of proven experience recruiting technical talent in fast-paced environments.
- Youre confident running direct search and proactive sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean search...)
- Youre comfortable managing multiple hiring processes in parallel without losing focus on quality or timetohire.
- You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills and enjoy partnering closely with hiring managers and crossfunctional teams.
- You are professionally fluent in Spanish and English both written and spoken.
- Youve worked with an ATS (experience with Greenhouse is a plus) and feel comfortable using basic recruiting metrics and reports to guide decisions.
- You bring energy persistence and a strong bias for action while always keeping a humancentered candidate experience at the core.
