WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a handson detailoriented Senior Treasury Analyst to strengthen and expand Slates corporate treasury capabilities. Reporting to the Director of Treasury Operations this role is the first dedicated analyst position on Slates Treasury team. This role will own core daily treasury operations improve cash forecasting accuracy manage credit facilities and support the development of treasury policy and governance. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fastmoving highgrowth environment and has the curiosity and drive to build processes from the ground up.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

Cash Management & Bank Reconciliations

  • Own daily cash positioning and bank account reconciliations.

  • Partner with AP and Accounting to investigate and resolve bank transaction discrepancies.

  • Support the implementation and adoption of treasury technology to automate cash reporting and reconciliation workflows.

Working Capital & Forecasting

  • Own weekly forecast maintenance variance tracking and attribution analysis under the forecasting framework established by the Director.

  • Collaborate with FP&A AP and operational teams to improve forecast accuracy.

Bank Relationship Management

  • Support bank account openings closings and rationalization activities including preparation of required documentation and coordination with banking partners.

  • Serve as a primary contact for routine KYC and bank compliance requests.

  • Coordinate account maintenance signatory updates and documentation.

Credit Facility Management

  • Support the administration of Slates credit facilities as they are established.

  • Monitor covenant compliance and prepare related reporting.

Treasury Governance & Policy

  • Support the development and operationalization of Slates Treasury Policy framework ensuring compliance and supporting regular updates.

  • Prepare materials for Treasury Committee meetings track follow-ups and document decisions.

Payments Oversight

  • Review and approve payments in accordance with approval matrices.

  • Serve as a back-up release approver for high-value payments.

Supplier Credit Analysis

  • Conduct manual credit quality analyses for suppliers when automated screening tools are incomplete or inconclusive.

  • Maintain a supplier credit risk database and provide recommendations to Purchasing and Legal.

Commodity Risk Management

  • Support ongoing monitoring of commodity exposure by maintaining invoice-to-index reconciliations for contracts with explicit indexation flagging exceptions and preparing variance attribution for Treasury review.

  • Assist in maintaining the commodity exposure data in Slates product cost management tool including updates to contract economics metadata (index mechanics reset cadence pass-through terms and risk owner tags) as sourcing awards are executed or amended.

  • Prepare recurring commodity risk reporting for the Treasury Committee including time-phased exposure summaries contract-terms coverage status and sensitivity analysis for tracked commodities.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

  • 5 years of treasury or banking experience preferably in a capital-intensive industry.

  • Strong knowledge of cash management bank reconciliation and working capital forecasting.

  • Familiarity with credit facilities covenant compliance and treasury policy frameworks.

  • Experience with treasury management systems ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and Excel-based modeling.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive hands-on approach.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively across finance operations and banking partners.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced growth-stage environment with evolving processes and priorities.
