Job Summary
Our locally based client is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. As a Site Manager youll oversee all aspects of the site ensuring safety quality and client satisfaction while fostering a culture of improvement for both yourself and your team.
About the role:
Typically working on projects $10-30mil the role will include but not be limited to:
- Ensuring the project is delivered in a timely manner
- A high level of programming and planning
- Liaising with clients and consultants
- Overseeing a site-based team
- Client management
- Maintaining the highest standards of safety
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the site team ensuring the project is completed safely efficiently and to high standards.
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of site operations ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
- Ensure compliance with current construction regulations and industry best practices.
- Foster a safety-first culture ensuring all site activities adhere to strict health and safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with clients subcontractors and stakeholders.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control.
Skills and Experience:
- Trade qualified with 5 years of experience in a Site Manager role (Commercial or Residential).
- Strong planning coordination and organisational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of current construction regulations and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to lead teams and effectively communicate with clients and other stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety quality and continuous improvement.
