Job Summary
Thirteen Bar & Restaurant is on the property of and from the ownership team of Pioneer Pointe Golf Club
Position Summary
The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness sanitation and organization of all kitchen equipment service ware and back-of-house areas. This role supports kitchen efficiency by ensuring a continuous flow of clean dishes utensils and cookware during high-volume service periods.
Core Responsibilities
- Operate dish machine safely and efficiently according to sanitation standards.
- Wash and sanitize all dishes glassware utensils pots and pans.
- Maintain clean and organized dish and storage areas.
- Remove trash and recycling regularly to maintain a safe work environment.
- Assist with light cleaning duties including floors mats drains and surfaces.
- Support kitchen team during peak service with urgency and focus.
- Follow all health safety and sanitation regulations.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Work with urgency during high-volume service.
- Support overall kitchen efficiency and team success.
- Adhere strictly to sanitation and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Availability for nights weekends and peak-event shifts.
