Responsibilities:
Manage specific tasks supporting client service delivery and administration throughout the insurance issuanceand renewal cycle asperinstructionsand guidance ofFinexAM andhigher manager
Providethehighestlevelofcustomerservicetoexistingandnewclientsasassignedandguided by senior Finex staff
Be responsible for day-to-day client interaction follow up to support the client relationship and ensure a smooth client journey during and beyond the insurance placement cycle including but not limit to obtaining of quotations; explaining insurance terms/conditions; making quotations comparison and giving recommendation to clients when and where appropriate
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Develop database of prospects through cold calling networking and market research. Develop database of prospects
Proactively reach out to prospects and present financial line products/services effectively
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Achieve and exceed yearly sales targets and retention rate of the existing portfolio
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
Follow up with the clients for premium collection

Responsibilities-
QualificationsRequirements:
University degree (Preferable on banking insurance or laws)
Computer Literate MS-Word Excel Power Point.
3- 5 years of working experience preferable banking/Finance or legal experience
Ability to self-study and strong analysis skill
Proactive long-term commitment
Client-oriented innovative and critical sense
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Be able to work under high pressure
Fluent in English & Vietnamese
