Job Summary
1. Job Purpose
The Customer Admin Executive is responsible for document control customer master data accuracy and service contract management in Dynamics 365 (CE & FO). The role ensures data consistency to support sales billing reporting and stock allocation.

Requirements
1. Competency Requirements
Strong attention to detail and accountability

CRM/ERP experience (Dynamics 365 preferred)
Good Excel skills; Power BI is an advantage
2. Qualifications & Experience
University degree in Business Accounting Finance or related field
Minimum 3 years experience in customer admin sales admin data administration or billing support
Familiar with ERP systems and internal control processes
