Job Summary
EASTCONN is recruiting for Student Support Specialist I (8 positions) for the anticipated 2026 Extended School Year Program held atEducational and Vocational Center (EVC) in Columbia CT from July 1st - July 30 Monday - Thursday.
Required Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: At least one year of paid or unpaid volunteer experience working with children in an organized setting.
Or: Combination of education and experience that is a substantial equivalent to the above education and experience.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Physical Management Techniques (PMT) certification.
2. Certification in First Aid and CPR.
