As Supply Chain Business Manager Meat Division UK youll hold a senior leadership position shaping and delivering the divisional supply chain strategy across multiple manufacturing sites. Youll work closely with the Divisional Senior Leadership Team while leading a high-performing supply chain function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver the divisional supply chain strategy across primary and retail operations.
- Own supply and demand planning forecasting production planning and delivery.
- Drive inventory optimisation BOM governance and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI).
- Provide clear performance insight through effective data reporting and dashboards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost efficiency service and performance.
Requirements
- Proven senior supply chain leadership experience within the meat or food manufacturing industry with strong strategic and operational execution capability.
- Expertise across forecasting logistics inventory management and supply chain systems.
- Strong analytical reporting and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with a clear commitment to sustainability and continuous improvement
