What youll be doing

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join No7 Beauty Company as eCommerce this highly sought after role you will lead our Liz Earle DTC business. Reporting into the Global Head of eCommerce this role requires a strong commercial skillset mixed with the practical experience to develop and execute a world class eCommerce strategy that drives profitable revenue growth.

About the Opportunity

As an eCommerce manager you will manage the delivery of the DTC commercial plan through the execution of the onsite promotional strategy right first time launches & the best digital merchandising.

Key responsibilities

Lead the online plan with the day-to-day management and tracking to meet financial targets. Ensure you align all on site execution to the key commercial priorities and land it with a right first-time mentality using a best-in-class digital approach.

Analyse commercial data to understand what is performing well developing a knowledge of what commercial levers to pull to improve performance. Alongside this ability to adapt to changes and continuously make optimisations to improve commercial return exploring all opportunities for growth.

Cascade performance strategic updates and business priorities to both the wider team and senior stakeholders through concise clear communication.

Manage the end-to-end P&L for DTC.

Lead the S&OP process ensuring we have the right building blocks in place to exceed business targets with full alignment from the demand planning teams to make sure we have everything in place to deliver on this.

Continuously explore ways to drive down E&O stock through creative and initiative solutions that maintain brand profitability.

Build a strong trading calendar ensuring it is competitive vs the market supporting the delivery of our commercial strategy to recruit new customers into the brand whilst retaining existing customers.

Youll need to build strong cross functional relationships both internally (No7BC) and externally (e.g Salesforce) with your key counterparts. Work collaboratively with our trading and performance marketing teams alongside the wider digital and commercial teams to understand analyse and act on key insights to improve performance.

Be a true advocate for our DTCs ensuring we are always an integral part of the total brand plans and objectives.

What youll need to have (our must-haves)

  • Understand both the beauty and digital industry using this knowledge and category insight to improve commercial and strategic plans.

  • 3 years experience in Commercial / eCommerce at either agency or client-side.

  • Be a proactive innovative self-starter with exceptional presentation skills to senior stakeholders.

  • Enjoy educating others about optimizing campaigns to drive eCommerce performance.

  • Have an adaptive style in being able to communicate often technical ideas in simple terms.
