Location

We are looking for a Project Lead based in Sofia Bulgaria working in a hybrid model.

Role Summary

As a Project Lead youll own the full lifecycle of software projects - from initial client communication and requirements gathering to execution and delivery. Youll collaborate closely with clients partners and engineering teams to ensure clarity alignment and successful outcomes.

What You Will Do:

• Lead communication with clients and partners to clarify needs and expectations.
• Gather analyze and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Prepare project proposals and support contract creation.
• Track project lifecycle including approvals signed agreements and payments.
• Manage and prioritize team backlog - create/maintain project items in project management tools (e.g. Jira or similar).
• Monitor project progress track agreed timelines and delivery milestones and proactively signal risks or delays.
• Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Team:

• 4 years of experience in project management within software development
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams
• Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira or similar)
• Basic technical knowledge of Windows client-server architecture networks (TCP/IP) and hardware device operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and communication styles
• Solid understanding of software development processes
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
