About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with experience in Microsoft Dynamics to lead complex crossfunctional technology projects from initiation through delivery.
The role requires a strong delivery mindset excellent stakeholder management skills and proven experience managing enterprise Dynamics 365 implementations in multinational and hybrid environments.

You will work closely with clients solution architects functional consultants and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of Dynamics programs on time within scope and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects (Finance SCM CE Power Platform integrations) using Agile Waterfall or Hybrid delivery approaches
• Participate in presales activities RFP responses and solution shaping for Dynamics engagements
• Own endtoend project setup including governance delivery approach and tooling
• Define project scope goals and deliverables aligned with business objectives
• Plan and coordinate work packages resources and dependencies across functional and technical streams
• Manage external vendors and system integrators where applicable
• Monitor and control budget timeline scope risks and issues ensuring timely escalation when needed
• Lead stakeholder communication and project reporting at delivery and executive levels
• Drive change management activities to support successful Dynamics adoption
• Ensure effective collaboration across distributed and multinational teams
• Create and maintain project documentation in line with delivery governance standards
• Identify opportunities for delivery optimization and service upscale
• Coach and mentor junior Project Managers and contribute to the growth of the PMO community
• Proactively contribute to the establishment and continuous improvement of PM best practices and tools

What you bring

• 7 years of project management experience with at least 3 years in a senior or lead PM role
• Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects (Finance SCM CE Power Platform)
• Strong background managing enterprise IT or ERP implementations in complex organizations
• Experience working with multinational and virtual teams
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and hybrid delivery models
• Handson experience with project management tools such as MS Project Azure DevOps / Jira Teams Confluence and resource management tools
• Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong leadership problemsolving mindset and results orientation
• Proactive and able to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel when required (average up to 20%)

Professional qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or a related field (Masters preferred)
• PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification
• Agile certifications (PMI-ACP PSM SAFe) are a strong advantage
• Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform certifications are considered a strong plus
