Job Summary
- Gather analyze and document business requirements for application development and process improvement initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
- Work closely with Mendix developers to design and deliver low-code applications.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications user stories and process flows.
- Support rapid application development using the Mendix platform.
- Participate in workshops requirement discussions and stakeholder meetings.
- Ensure alignment of solutions with business goals and user expectations.
- Assist in backlog management sprint planning and Agile ceremonies.
- Support testing activities including UAT and ensure successful solution delivery.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- 510 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
- Hands-on experience or strong exposure to Mendix (low-code platform).
- Experience in gathering and documenting requirements (BRD FRD user stories).
- Good understanding of business process modeling (BPMN workflows).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with tools like Jira Confluence or similar.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand application workflows.
- Translate business requirements into clear and structured documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with Mendix developers for solution delivery.
- Analyze business processes and suggest improvements using low-code solutions.
- Facilitate requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Support end-to-end delivery from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Identify risks gaps and dependencies in project execution.
- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced Agile environment.
