Job Summary
In this role you are at the centre of Central Services transformation. You analyse complex challenges translate needs into clear and actionable assignments and create a shared understanding of objectives and expected outcomes. You work closely with architects developers process managers data specialists and change managers to design solutions that are not only feasible but also scalable and aligned with AIfirst and datadriven principles. Your functional designs take an integrated view of processes data roles user experience and technology. You also support testing documentation training and adoption to ensure that changes land smoothly and teams can work with them right short: you bring direction content expertise and predictability to our change initiatives.
Central Services forms the backbone of our internal service organization. The Transformation Office supports teams in realising improvements that are logical futureproof and practical. We work collaboratively support each other and share one ambition: to build a modern scalable organization ready for today and tomorrow.

Qualifications :
- A completed academic degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration Information Management or BPM
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable analysis or design role
- Strong skills in process analysis requirements engineering and understanding the interplay between business and IT
- Clear communication the confidence to ask critical questions and the ability to connect different stakeholders
- Affinity with data AIdriven solutions and digital transformation combined with a mindset focused on simplicity and scalability
Additional Information :
- Gross salary between 4100 and 6800 per month depending on your work experience variable performance based reward a fixed expense allowance and a fixed working from home allowance per working day.
