In this role youll play a key part in contract and tender working alongside a dynamic team that values innovation collaboration and continuous growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage APAC submissions in Legal Front Door.

• Draft review and process standard contracts and their amendments using set templates and according the applicable playbooks.

• Escalate requests to relevant Legal or Compliance officers according to applicable playbooks.

• Coordinate contract approvals signatures and execution workflows.

• Maintain a centralized contract repository and ensure version control.

• Ensure expirations renewals and similar time-bound matters are handled and managed according to the terms of the relevant agreement aligned with the needs of the business.

• Ensure contracts comply with internal policies legal requirements and regulatory standards.

• Monitor contract obligations and deadlines.

• Support internal and external audits related to contract documentation.

• Timely review materials submitted for Legal review in MRL for jurisdictions as may be assigned by the Deputy General Counsel.

• Review submissions in MedCompli and NAVEX for jurisdictions as may be assigned by the Deputy General Counsel or Compliance Director Asia.

• Ensure all data required to be stored and/or reported for transparency reporting are collated according to the required formats before the deadline.

• Prepare transparency report as may be required by and according to law or regulation.

• Coordinate with the local team for collation of data and the submission of any required report.

To be successful you will:

• Degree in Law license to practice law in any APAC jurisdiction an advantage.

• 3-7 years relevant work experience for the Legal Operations Specialist Senior

• Familiarity with contract management systems.

• Strong attention to detail organizational and communication skills.

• Good English writing skills.

• Able to read and write Korean Japanese/ Chinese language skills are an advantage.

• Experience in a life science company or supporting a life science company is an advantage.

• High level of diligence and the ability to work well collaboratively

• Curious and with proven agility to learn.
