Job Summary

Qualifications
An earned academic doctoral degree (e.g. PhD EdD DSC ) from an accredited university. An active unencumbered PT license in the US with board certification in PT and either a NY state license or eligibility for physical therapy licensure in New York state. Qualifications required for appointment to the rank of clinical associate professor or higher. A minimum of 6 years of full-time higher education experience with a minimum of 3 years of full-time higher education experience as a core faculty member in a CAPTE -accredited entry-level physical therapist education program and familiarity of clinical education and practicum site establishment. Extensive knowledge of and experience with physical therapy accreditation criteria ( CAPTE ) and state agency regulations. Administrative and/or leadership experience in academic program planning and implementation personnel management program assessment and fiscal management processes. Demonstrated record of excellence in administration teaching service and clinical practice.
