Location: Atlanta Georgia
Job Type: Full-Time Onsite (5 days per week)
Position Summary
A nationally recognized Am Law 200 firm is seeking a Transactional Associate to join its Financial Services practice. This position focuses on sophisticated financing matters including syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions. The firm represents leading financial institutions Fortune 500 companies and global organizations across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with complex financing transactions including syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance deals
- Draft review and negotiate transactional and loan documentation
- Work closely with partners and deal teams on high-level financial transactions
- Support financial institution clients in structuring and executing credit facilities
- Provide strategic legal analysis and ongoing transaction support
Required Qualifications
- 2-8 years of transactional legal experience
- Demonstrated experience with syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Active bar admission in North Carolina or South Carolina
