Job purpose
Learn a broad knowledge of principlespracticesand procedures in the functional area of Purchasing as well as support administrative work documentation and data control related to the function of Buyers and Supplier Development Engineers.
KeyRoles &Responsibilities
Support theProgramLaunchBuyersteam in the various sourcing activities
Support in the maintenance of the sourcing portal on supplier data and new quotations
Submit quoting requests fornew programsorresourcingsand help with their analysis
Coordinate the updating and maintenance of files used for cost estimates
Support in the daily activities of the Purchasing department
Education&Experience
Degree inProject ManagementIndustrial Management Engineering Business Administration or Economy(preferred)
Knowledgein SAP (preferred)
Goodcomputerskills
Good written verbal and presentation skills
Fluent Portuguese and good English language skills
