Position Summary
This project centers on the implementation of a new ERP system (Workday) for our company designed to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes across all departments. As a Project Assistant your role will directly support this critical initiative ensuring smooth organization administration and adoption of the ERP solution.
As a Project Assistant key responsibilities include supporting the team with various organizational and administrative tasks. This involves updating and populating the testing log reviewing and maintaining project data workbooks and collecting and managing essential project artifacts. The role also includes scheduling meetings across different project workstreams tracking weekly Partner work hour submissions and managing training job aides for work teams. Additional tasks include assisting and managing systems lists for Go-Live and taking on any other duties as the project requires.
Work Experience
Required:
- Valid drivers license required
- Ability to take direction from others
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred:
- Prior Workday experience is not mandatory for this role but it is considered a valuable bonus.
Education:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Additional Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Demonstrates organizational and multi-tasking skills as well as attention to detail
- Adapts quickly to changing work environments
Additional Requirements
- Pre-employment drug screen required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
