Process and record commission data accurately and within established timelines
Maintain and update databases ensuring all entries are complete organized and error-free
Review and reconcile commission-related data across daily weekly and monthly reports
Investigate discrepancies perform corrections and support account reconciliations
Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding commissions payments and adjustments; escalate issues when necessary
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of information
Generate reports and assist with administrative tasks such as scanning filing and document management
Consistent attendance is required; this role is fully in-office
Requirements
- Background in accounting or related coursework preferred
- Solid numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to perform calculations quickly and accurately
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-service mindset
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
