Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a dynamic outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine clinic. This role involves treating a diverse patient population focusing on rehabilitation injury prevention and performance improvement in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Work Setting:
- Outpatient Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Clinic
- No floating required
- Opportunity to participate in a travel team model within the network
Shift & Hours:
- 36 hours guaranteed per week
- Expected to work up to 40 hours per week
- Overtime must be approved in advance
Patient Load & Productivity:
- Productivity Expectation: 60 visits per week
- Daily Caseload: 1214 patients per day
- Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and sports-related conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and function
- Educate patients on injury prevention and rehabilitation techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adapt to a fast-paced high-volume outpatient setting
Requirements:
- Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific)
- Outpatient experience preferred
- First-time travelers: Accepted
- New graduates: Not accepted
- PTA (Physical Therapist Assistant): Not accepted
