We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage our GenAI initiatives within the Industrial Automation & Energy domain. The role involves driving Agile practices managing project delivery and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution. Our client is a global leader in the Industrial Automation and Electrical Equipment industry driving digital transformation through advanced analytics and AI-powered solutions. This role is part of a Generative AI (GenAI) initiative aimed at optimizing business processes enhancing decision-making and building scalable AI solutions across multiple business functions.
Responsibilities
Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for GenAI initiatives including planning execution monitoring and delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineers data scientists and business stakeholders.
Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and aligned with business objectives.
Identify and mitigate risks manage dependencies and resolve blockers to ensure smooth project execution.
Track and report project progress to leadership and stakeholders.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile maturity across the teams.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in IT/AI projects.
Hands-on experience managing AI/ML or GenAI projects.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban SAFe).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in project management tools like Jira Confluence MS Project or similar.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and technical architecture concepts.
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Engineering or related field.
Good years of relevant experience in technical project management roles.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Certification: PMP PMI-ACP or CSM.

Familiarity with DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to data engineering data analytics or AI/ML pipelines.
Experience in Industrial Automation Energy or Manufacturing domains.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
