Now Hiring Professional Shift Supervisor to work in the Sweetwater area!

As a Security Shift Supervisor you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate Healthcare Education Government and more. The Security Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between the site supervisor Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift providing coaching recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Pay Rate: $18.50/ per hour

Location: Sweetwater FL

Overnight Shift

*Must have (No Exceptions):

• A Valid Drivers license
• Valid Florida Security License D License
• 1 Years Security Experience

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Must have at least one year Supervisor experience speak & write English computer literary must have a vehicle (There is no public Transportation on the area) and must be physically fit to work the post.
• Required ability to use computer or tablet
• Required comfortable working outdoors in all elements of the weather for the entire shift
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience

Responsibilities:

• securtySupervise the day-to-day security operations of an assigned client site
• Manage a team of security officers site and/or shift supervisors including hiring/selection scheduling payroll training coaching development and support
• Ensure the client site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property
• Build improve and maintain effective relationships with both clients and employees
• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter
• Working environments and conditions may vary by client site
• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the public in a professional and effective manner; must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
• Must be able to frequently prepare written reports and log in neat legible handwriting.
• Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative wireless technology at client specific sites
• Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently
