Job Summary

Job Description

This position requires the ability to execute analyze plan recommend and evaluate investigations and security operations. The duties involve:

Conduct investigations involving unauthorized disclosure employee misconduct misuse of property theft violence in the workplace vandalism espionage sabotage or loss.
Prepares investigative reports and other written materials needed to support disciplinary actions grievance hearings and appeals.
Review and evaluate background reports for employment and facility access.
Assists in the administration of automated security systems including but not limited to access control badging and visitor monitoring software.

This position requires you to be able to obtain a government security clearance. You must be a US Citizen for consideration and you must be able to obtain an interim security clearance and start employment within 45 days of the interim security clearance being granted. All offers are conditional until interim security clearance is granted by DCSA (Defense Counter Intelligence Security Agency).

Leads security investigations and initiatives from planning through completion ensuring timely thorough completion and compliant execution.

Team Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborates cross-functionally and communicates findings clearly to stakeholders to support informed decision-making and rapid response.

Continuous Improvement:

Continuously evaluates processes and leverages data insights to strengthen security strategies and improve investigative outcomes.

Required/Preferred Education/Training

Bachelors Degree or combination of experience and education required.

Required/Preferred Experience

Experience conducting investigations and preparing reports required.
Ability to travel from site-to-site to conduct investigations required.
Availability to occasionally work weekends and evenings or early morning shifts to conduct investigations required.
Ability to obtain a secret clearance required.
