Automotive Administrative Assistant
Brunswick Dealership is looking for an experienced Automotive Admin Assistant. The successful candidate should be a highly motivated high-energy individual with a strong desire to succeed. Responsibilities
- Answering phones and greeting visitors
- Scheduling appointments
- Collecting and distributing mail
- Creating and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
- Customer Service Experience is a plus
Qualifications
- A strong desire to succeed with no complacency
- 3 years of Admin Asst experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in the Automotive industry
- Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with all aspects of business office duties
- High School diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Advanced computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with fast-paced environment
