| Responsibilities: | - Assist the Assistant Director with the hiring training supervision and evaluation of all student employees including addressing employment concerns and developing correction plans when necessary.
- Supervise both Operations Managers and the Assistant Operations Manager ensuring tasks are assigned projects progress and employee follow-ups are conducted.
- Create and maintain student employment schedules in collaboration with the student Operations Managers for the Information Booths Student Organization Suite and the Campus Life front desk.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Student Centers (i.e. room schedule signage bulletin boards and OSE employee rounds etc.).
- Manage the Student Organization Suite including day-to-day organizational assistance procedures appreciation events supplies lockers mailboxes etc.
- Oversee the checkout process of rental supplies/items in the Information Booth and Organization Suite (i.e. board games chairs iPads etc.).
- Host student employee appreciation events each semester.
- Supervise the Orientation Operations Assistants alongside the Associate Director of Student Engagement holding weekly staff meetings and ensuring tasks are completed in preparation for Orientation Leader recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with professional staff on the Fall Priority Hiring/Spring Hiring process for Orientation Leaders including recruitment and selection.
- Assist with the spring new student orientation session.
- Assist with the execution of the Engagement Fairs.
- Advise a portion of undergraduate student organizations ensuring effective communication between the Office of Student Engagement and the organizations and that expectations of active status are upheld.
- Assist with the student organization event approval process.
- Advise student organizations on a variety of circumstances they may face (i.e. group conflict transition event logistics etc.).
- Serve in a bi-weekly rotation with other Graduate Assistants to support evening/weekend programming at York Hill & Mount Carmel campuses.
- Chaperone off campus trips when necessary.
- Assist with university division department/office events (i.e. Open Houses Admitted Students Days Move-In Welcome Weekend Senior Events etc.
- Develop execute and assess a leadership development series in collaboration with other OSE graduate assistants.

| Qualifications: | - Must be a graduate student in good standing currently enrolled in coursework at Quinnipiac University.
- Prior experience with student center/union or large-scale event space operations preferred.
- Prior experience managing employees.
- Prior experience with program development and execution.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality is required.
- Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
- Ability to interact with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and to exhibit a positive helpful attitude.
- Ability to work and maintain focus in a chaotic high-energy environment.
