Role Overview
You will be part of a global Cyber Program teamcontributing to the evaluation and improvement of cybersecurity maturityacross multiple entities. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with cybersecurityframeworks and regulatory requirements while supporting risk mitigationand operational resilience initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage cybersecurity maturity assessments across entities
- Support stakeholders in understanding security requirements and evidence collection
- Evaluate submitted evidence and ensure consistency across assessments
- Communicate program updates and regulatory changes
- Facilitate collaboration between IT providers and business entities
- Produce reports and documentation for governance and compliance
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Cyber Program processes
Must-Have Skills
- General knowledge of IT and Cybersecurity principles
- Understanding of IT Risk Management and regulatory frameworks
- Familiarity with security standards (NIST or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in international and cross-functional environments
Technical Knowledge
- Cloud & Container Security (runtime hardening image management)
- IT Continuity & Backup Management (including DORA concepts)
- Cryptography (key and certificate management CKMS)
- Network Security (micro-segmentation architecture hardening)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards
Soft Skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration
- High level of attention to detail and rigor
- Ability to simplify complex topics
- Proactivity and critical thinking
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
