Job Summary
SAP FI-GL CONSULTANT (HYBRID LISBON OR PORTO)
Portuguese company hires for hybrid position
Location: Lisbon orPorto (Portugal)
Only candidates already basedin Portugal will be considered
Work Model: Hybrid (23days/week on-site flexible)
Language Requirements:English (C1) mandatory

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver Finance solutions using SAP S/4HANA Accounting (FI-GL)
- Participate in process design workshops define business processes and configure systems
- Contribute to solution demonstrations and ensure client acceptance
- Prepare and execute test scenarios user documentation and training materials
- Support internal and client-facing projects including ad-hoc SAP support
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure high-quality delivery
- Identify business opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What Were Looking For
- Strong knowledge of SAP Financial modules (FI-GL) and Finance domain
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and New General Ledger
- Hands-on experience in SAP configuration
- Understanding of HANA technology and digital transformation initiatives
- Experience in consulting environments (valued)
- Knowledge of project methodologies (Agile) and/or Project Management
- Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients/projects and adapt to dynamic environments
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (hands-on)
- Knowledge of Treasury & Risk Management
- Exposure to SAP Analytics
- Experience with system migrations / upgrades
- Accounting background or certification
