Key Responsibilities
1. Support the sales team in managing client communications scheduling meetings and coordinating follow-ups.
2. Act as a client-facing point of contact for initial inquiries and routine communications.
3. Assist in preparing sales materials presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
4. Maintain and update records in CRM systems including tracking leads opportunities and client interactions.
5. Conduct basic research on potential clients protocols funds and ecosystem partners.
6. Help coordinate internal communication between sales product and technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Qualifications
1. Bachelors degree in Business Economics Finance Marketing or related fields.
2. 1 to 3 years of work experience in sales customer support or operations.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
4. Comfortable communicating with international clients and teams.
5. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
7. Interest in blockchain crypto or emerging technologies.
Preferred (Nice to have)
1. Basic understanding of blockchain ecosystems Web3 infrastructure or digital assets.
2. Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot Salesforce or similar systems.
3. Experience supporting sales teams or working in client-facing roles.
