Job Summary
As an Associate Attorney at the client you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients by handling many aspects of litigation which may include:
- Managing cases from inception to completion
- Maintaining strong client relationships
- Drafting persuasive motions and confidently presenting arguments in court
- Skillfully conducting and defending depositions
- Successfully taking cases to trial
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A strong interest in complex plaintiffs personal injury litigation and a passion for advocating on behalf of survivors of childhood sexual abuse
- 2 years of experience in litigation (clerking after bar admission will be considered)
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional research and writing abilities
- A robust work ethic and meticulous attention to detail including the capacity to multi-task under pressure
- A valid license to practice law in Washington
