Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Analyze legal issues and prepare briefs motions and legal memoranda
Draft pleadings contracts and other legal documents
Manage written discovery document review and case preparation
Attend and handle court appearances hearings arbitrations and mediations
Participate in depositions including preparation and defense
Support settlement negotiations and dispute resolution efforts
Assist with transactional matters related to construction and commercial projects
Maintain strong communication with clients opposing counsel and internal teams

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar admission required
4 6 years of litigation experience preferably in construction or commercial law
Strong legal research writing and analytical skills
Experience handling pleadings motions discovery and case management
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently
Excellent communication organization and professional judgment
