Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Intern to support the daily operations of our Sri Lanka office. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in office administration employee support and coordination. The intern will work closely with the operations team and assist in ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration Support

  • Assist in maintaining a clean organized and professional office environment
  • Support inventory tracking and restocking of office and pantry supplies (e.g. food beverages water)
  • Help with general administrative and day-to-day office tasks
  • Assist with office setup and coordination of basic logistics

Employee Support

  • Provide administrative assistance to employees (e.g. access cards meeting coordination)
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires
  • Assist employees with general office-related requests
  • Help coordinate internal activities such as training sessions and team events

Vendor and Visitor Support

  • Assist in coordinating with vendors service providers and building management
  • Help track invoices and maintain related documentation
  • Greet and assist visitors including employees from other locations

Communication and Administrative Tasks

  • Support internal communications and office announcements
  • Coordinate basic administrative tasks with HR and Accounting teams

Qualifications :

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Positive attitude reliability and willingness to learn
