Whats the role

Youll be the calm trusted partner behind the scenes supporting the Managing Director Specialised Sales who leads a number of specialist sales teams.

This is a full time permanent opportunity based in Sydney at Barangaroo on Warrane Gadigal Country.

In this role youll own diary and inbox management making sure every meeting message and follow up is handled with care and precision. Youll coordinate travel expenses and events from town halls to offsites and client events you will provide tailored executive support in a fast-moving environment. Youll also work closely with the Business Manager and a broader network of Executive Assistants across the Business & Wealth division helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.

If you enjoy being one step ahead building strong relationships and bringing structure to complex days youll feel right at home here.

What do I need

  • Experience supporting senior Executives in a large complex organisation
  • Confidence managing diaries inboxes and competing priorities with care and accuracy
  • Strong digital skills across tools such as Word PowerPoint Excel and Teams
  • A thoughtful forward-looking approach to how AI can support day to day work
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail in everything you do
  • Internal and external stakeholder relations
