Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Express Lube Advisor to join our this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing essential vehicle maintenance tasks. Your expertise in automotive service and mechanical knowledge will ensure that our customers receive the highest quality care for their vehicles. The ideal candidate will have experience with oil changes vehicle maintenance and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Pay Range: $based on experience
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their vehicle maintenance needs with a focus on oil change services and other routine maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed on each vehicle.
- Provide recommendations for additional services based on the condition of the vehicle.
- Ensure all work areas are clean organized and compliant with safety standards.
- Assist in heavy lifting as required during service operations.
- Align with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicles including familiarity with various types of maintenance tasks.
- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
- A commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes within the automotive service industry.
