- End-to-End Ownership: Command the full lifecycle of plant HR operations from manpower planning and contract workforce recruitment (operators technicians engineers) to seamless onboarding payroll coordination and exit management.

- Vendor & Wage Management: Ensure competitive compliant wage structures and rigorously monitor contract labor compliance and vendor performance.
- Data-Driven Impact: Track critical HR metrics (attrition absenteeism productivity satisfaction) and deliver actionable monthly insights to operations leadership to guide strategic decision-making.
- Safety First: Partner fiercely with HSE teams to promote a relentless safety culture driving employee awareness on workplace sustainability and safety compliance programs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
- Bachelors degree in human resources Business management or a related field is required. Masters degree in HR or Social Work is highly preferred.
- 10 to 12 years of generalist HR experience with at least 7 years of progressive HR leadership experience specifically within manufacturing or engineering-based organizations. Previous experience in the renewable energy sector is a strong plus.
- Deep up-to-date expertise in Indian employment statutory compliances and labor laws for the regions we operate in is mandatory.
- Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills
