Job Summary:
The Regional Talent and Culture Manager is responsible for driving the talent management development talent acquisition and culture and inclusion initiatives across the region. This role will align regional efforts with global talent strategies ensuring consistency and effectiveness while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and inclusivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Development:
- Lead and implement global and regional talent development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent review and succession planning initiatives.
- Measure the impact of learning and development initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute regional talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings candidate screening interviewing and selection.
- Oversee senior leadership hiring process and a holistic University hiring strategy for the region
- Monitor KPIs to ensure effective talent acquisition process execution remove barriers and drive continuous improvement where needed
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Culture and Inclusion:
- Promote a culture of inclusion and belonging within the organization.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Lead initiatives programs and training to reinforce Lubrizols commitment to an inclusive culture.
- Monitor and report on metrics and progress towards inclusion goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in talent management talent acquisition or related roles.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing talent strategies.
- Strong understanding of diversity equity and inclusion principles.
- Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Skills:
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
