Job Summary
1. Lead a team of Application Engineers to provide comprehensive technical consulting services and support for customer prototype development.

2. Oversee the implementation of technical solutions and ensure projects proceed according to plan and meet established technical standards.

3. Develop application solutions in specific technical fields and provide consultation and support for escalated technical issues faced by Application Engineers.

4. Communicate and collaborate with headquarters experts to address complex technical challenges and escalate local issues that cannot be resolved.

5. Be responsible for the training and assessment of application capabilities of all team members to ensure technical proficiency.

6. Support the market introduction phase testing of new products and provide suggestions for the improvement of existing products and the development of new products.

Qualifications :
degree or above in electrical or automation control or related
本科以上学历电子或自动化控制相关专业
2. At least 5 years working experience as motion and control/general automation products; Familiarity with mainstream frequency converter brands (Siemens ABB Danfoss Yaskawa etc.) is preferred. Proficiency in 1-2 key industry processes such as textiles machine tools or new energy is advantageous
具备五年以上运动控制或自动化产品工作经验熟悉主流变频器品牌西门子ABB丹佛斯安川等优先熟悉1-2个重点行业工艺者更佳如纺织机床新能源等
3. Proficient in frequency conversion principles V/F vector control DTC etc. with expertise in selection parameter tuning fault diagnosis and multi-axis synchronization
精通变频原理V/F矢量控制DTC等熟练选型参数调试故障诊断多轴同步等
4. Proficient in exploring customer needs writing technical solutions analyzing competitors etc. proficient in project management cross departmental coordination customer development and maintenance etc

5. Lead the application team to overcome technical difficulties cultivate and enhance the teams abilities and develop standardized and regulated processes
